An enchanting brick colonial from 1915 had beautiful bones but a poor layout. By reimagining the layout of the entire first and second floors, including an addition, we were able to shift key living spaces to focus on the private backyard while maintaining all the historic charm. Upstairs went from 3 bedrooms with a shared bath to 4 bedrooms with an en-suite, and downstairs now has a beautiful eat-in kitchen that's perfect for casual dinners for this young family of 5.
